YOU ARE GOD; and no less

It is so easy for the reality of God to be lost even to the most ardent believer. We can be lost when we only know what people have written or said about him. It is easy to become an atheist, when we let people validate or invalidate God. Nothing validate or invalidate God. He can exist or not exist base on your perception of your own worth. The day you come to realise you is the day you know God. God expresses himself in different fashions and forms and he cannot be restricted to someone's definition or a group nomenclature.  No theology adequately captures God. The theology that once capture God loses sight of God the moment it stereotype God to one singular definition.  God is limited and unlimited based on how we let Him express himself in us. He can't be stereotyped. No one has a monopoly of him.  No religious group does. No one is good enough to monopolise Him and no one is bad enough to be unusable.  He manifest himself  in nature,  yet he is beyond nature. He manifest himself in the physical realm yet he is beyond the physical.  There are moments of inspiration when we have a glimpse of God and we tend to want to describe Him from that perspective or point of view. At the moment of revelation that was Him but that becomes history the next moment. He does not dwell in the past but He reveals himself to those who cling on to those revelation with the expectation of seeing him in another fashion. He dwells in invisible light but seek expression in visible things. There is no vessel he can't readily use, one in which He can be adequately represented for the situation or the task at hand. He is God because He dwells in mystery but He want to express Himself in and to those who have a curious mind and open to new experiments

The Beautiful Ones are not Yet Born

History is a reminder of feats and exploits of the past. Date and time might sometimes have significant value but what is often crucial is the feat(s) achieved and when such feat is repeated or surpassed another history is written.   The writer of the book of Hebrew simply called those historical feats recorded in the previous chapters (11) as cloud of witnesses (12:1). Those clouds of witnesses are there to remind and urge us on that we can repeat similar feats and even surpass them. The writer summed it up in the last verse that we can do better and those who have gone ahead of us are waiting and urging us to surpass those feats. They will be ridiculed if we cannot surpass them. They would be incomplete if we shrink in comparison to their achievements.  History does not limit us in any form and does not want us to shrink at all from such exploit. All history is about is for us to leverage on those feats and stand on the shoulders of those heroes to see further. History be...
