Relationship is the Currency of God

Relationship is the currency of God we spend on earth and that is what God want us to spend on Him. Our relationship with God affect our relationship with people.  If all we do with God is use Him and dump Him, then that is the relationship we would have with people.  The quality of our relationship with God will determine our relationships with people. You can't claim to love God when you have no pity on people or build relationships to help people. The biblical term is prayer but the common language is relationship. How can you build faith without relationship?  Or how can you build business without relationships? Or how can you get your dream job without a relationship? How can you build an empire or a life after active service without relationship?  You build relationship by attending to people and their needs. You are sitting on someone's miracle and yet you go on mountain to get yours. You solve other people's problem through relationship and yours also get solved through relationship. The level of relationship you have with God determines how well and constant your issues are solved by Him. The same with people.  God answers people who just come to Him for what they want but they get what they want in trickles but for people that build relationships with God, God listens to them and attend to their concerns meticulously.  Build relationship with God, build relationships with people.  You can't have one and neglect the other. If you build one, you will be rich in that aspect and poor in the other but if you build both you will be rich in both. If you build only heavenly relationship, expect earthly poverty and if you build earthly relationship alone then expect heavenly poverty. Your present situation is based on the numbers and quality of your relationships. If you desire a better life now and in the future build your relationships.

History is a reminder of feats and exploits of the past. Date and time might sometimes have significant value but what is often crucial is the feat(s) achieved and when such feat is repeated or surpassed another history is written.   The writer of the book of Hebrew simply called those historical feats recorded in the previous chapters (11) as cloud of witnesses (12:1). Those clouds of witnesses are there to remind and urge us on that we can repeat similar feats and even surpass them. The writer summed it up in the last verse that we can do better and those who have gone ahead of us are waiting and urging us to surpass those feats. They will be ridiculed if we cannot surpass them. They would be incomplete if we shrink in comparison to their achievements.  History does not limit us in any form and does not want us to shrink at all from such exploit. All history is about is for us to leverage on those feats and stand on the shoulders of those heroes to see further. History be...
