Sowing for Breakthrough; What is it to Sow and Who are we to Sow to

Many of us go to the length of borrowing money to give parents (mothers, fathers, father-In-laws, mother-in-laws, uncles etc) what we tag a befitting burial. Most of us do it to boost our ego or out of remorse because we contributed nothing to their wellbeing when they were alive. We cover our shame and guilty conscience with those wasteful and devilish spending. We wear aso-ebi and those we go to bury died in hunger, lack and rags According to Ecc 6:3 an aged person whose soul in not nourished by his/her children has no burial. So all your activities of befitting burial is not acceptable to God. It is an exercise in futility marked with God anger over you. Most of us go to sow big seeds; money and other material things to men of God in our bid to tap their anointing for breakthrough or success,  it does not work that way. Sow into the lives of your aged ones. Sow into the lives of the needy.  Irrespective of religion we go after Pastors, Alfas, herbalist etc. to get breakthrough while those who nurtured us suffer in their old age. In Mark 7 :11 Jesus put the Pharisees and Scribes (Hypocrites) to the sword by telling them that if you make what belongs to your parent an offering to God, you make the word of God of no effect. That is the same way we sow what belongs to our parents to Pastors, Alfas, Imams,  herbalists . So how do you expect God's words to work in your favour.Repent today so that God's favor will follow you. The little you have, share it with them.

The Beautiful Ones are not Yet Born

History is a reminder of feats and exploits of the past. Date and time might sometimes have significant value but what is often crucial is the feat(s) achieved and when such feat is repeated or surpassed another history is written.   The writer of the book of Hebrew simply called those historical feats recorded in the previous chapters (11) as cloud of witnesses (12:1). Those clouds of witnesses are there to remind and urge us on that we can repeat similar feats and even surpass them. The writer summed it up in the last verse that we can do better and those who have gone ahead of us are waiting and urging us to surpass those feats. They will be ridiculed if we cannot surpass them. They would be incomplete if we shrink in comparison to their achievements.  History does not limit us in any form and does not want us to shrink at all from such exploit. All history is about is for us to leverage on those feats and stand on the shoulders of those heroes to see further. History be...
