Customer Experience Personnel
We are a hospitality company looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Experience Personnel. The successful candidates must be able to develop the customer proposition to drive engagement and provide the ultimate customer service experience. If you have the passion to deliver a truly amazing customer experience, then this could be the role for you.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
·         Act as an ambassador for the brand by handling customer enquiries and orders on a daily basis at the highest customer service levels
·         Ensure the marketing campaigns are implemented correctly and highlight any issues and ideas to improve activity.
·         Build and maintain effective and productive working relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties; support the delivery of the company’s mission and its business objectives
·         Support the maintenance and growth of company Brand and Product Awareness through ‘best in market’ products and offers and their execution throughout the customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social sciences, Business Studies or Humanities
  • Minimum of two years customer service experience
  • Confident and appropriate phone manner – polite, ability to cross sell, managing dissatisfied customers, ability to give an outbound selling call
·         Effective communication skills; both face-to-face/written and is able to work effectively and productively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Well organised, pays attention to details
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • IT skills: Excel, word, data input, comfort with email and internet using.-
·         Able to employ multiple business levers (product updates, promotions, business platform improvements) to improve customer experience, driving desired customer behaviours.
·         Excellent numeracy, analytical, planning and presentational skills.
·         Maintain a strong awareness of client and regulatory concerns, whilst striving for an optimal commercial outcome
