GEJ and the devaluation of democracy in Nigeria

GEJ and his bunch of foot soldiers have realised agonisingly that it takes unprecedented rigging for them to return to office. They are plotting the scheme but you know what, you are too small. I say it again you are too small. Nigeria will swallow you guys alive.

The president that claimed he has conducted the freest and fairest election in Nigeria is now plotting to remove the man that supervised those elections. Those who claimed GEJ had strengthened certain institutions like INEC, Human right commission should please come and defend GEJ.
The diviners of GEJ are getting madder. Nigeria does not mean anything to them but for them to return to power. After Nigerians cast their pearl to the swine in 2011, the people are now ready to take back the pearl from the swine. The government enjoyed unprecedented time of prosperity but what are we to show for it. Gloom and more doom.
They claimed GDP increased but the figures shows that it was oil boom that made the thing remain just the way OBJ left it.
They claimed the rail is working but i have not seen a Nigerian take a selfie on the rail. I trust Nigerians, if it was working and worth flaunting we would have seen many selfie.
They claim the economy is growing and the largest in Africa yet unemployment is at the highest in the history of the country.
In time of prosperity they depleted foreign reserve that was the singular Job of Joseph- to increase foreign reserve in time of plenty. So why is Okonjo Iweala still in government?
Security is simply a nail on the coffin because GEJ supporters have nothing to say on this.
I remember saying it loud and clear in 2011 that we would regret voting GEJ and here we are. He is ready to plunge Nigeria into anarchy just because of his ambition. Beat the drum of war for GEJ or for anybody but the war will first consume you and your family. Nigeria and Nigerians are not your sacrificial lamb
GEJ and Co think we can be gagged by the peace accord. Yet they have been breaking the peace accord on the side and we are just waiting patiently. You have pushed us beyond the wall many times and the assumption is that Nigerians are too docile. Nigerians have become docile; people humbled and humiliated by poverty and hunger but don’t take it too far GEJ and Co. The people will fight when you take everything from them. God will also fight you when their groaning get to Him and surely the groaning have gotten to Him

The Beautiful Ones are not Yet Born

History is a reminder of feats and exploits of the past. Date and time might sometimes have significant value but what is often crucial is the feat(s) achieved and when such feat is repeated or surpassed another history is written.   The writer of the book of Hebrew simply called those historical feats recorded in the previous chapters (11) as cloud of witnesses (12:1). Those clouds of witnesses are there to remind and urge us on that we can repeat similar feats and even surpass them. The writer summed it up in the last verse that we can do better and those who have gone ahead of us are waiting and urging us to surpass those feats. They will be ridiculed if we cannot surpass them. They would be incomplete if we shrink in comparison to their achievements.  History does not limit us in any form and does not want us to shrink at all from such exploit. All history is about is for us to leverage on those feats and stand on the shoulders of those heroes to see further. History be...

The road to self discovery

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?’-Marianne Williamson
